What was it like before you engaged with CTC?

Our systems were slow, downloads took a long time, and we had frequent black outs.

What problem(s) were you trying to solve by partnering with CTC?

We were looking for an experienced IT professional that could not only solve the slow downloads, upgrade old equipment; we also wanted a professional that could monitor our systems and let us know what our blind spots were.  We need a professional that had suggestions on what we needed immediately and in the future.

What made CTC's services stand out from other vendors?

CTC's service stood out for me because the  professionalism and knowledge Ben has.  Ben is personable with the team and he educated us on what he was doing and what our problems were.  We also liked the 24 hour monitoring service.

Were there any obstacles that almost prevented you from engaging with CTC?

None

What have you been able to achieve with the technology at your property since you first partnered with CTC?

We have been able to upgrade our software, cameras  are slated for upgrades and also put all computers on one network printer.  Our downloads speeds have increased, our network is strong and our speed is great!

What has exceeded your 

expectations since working with CTC?

The response time from CTC.  We can call with an issue and the quick response time is very impressive.

What has not met your 

expectations?

CTC has been great.  We do not

have any concerns.

What would you tell someone who's considering working with CTC?

I would say if you are looking for a professional company to handle your computer concerns, any upgrades for software or hardware,  CTC

is the perfect company.  They respond quickly, they are professional and they explain the issues. CTC has the 

knowledge and professionalism to assist companies with all of their computer/IT needs to be sustainable.

What would you like to see 

CTC do differently?

I would like CTC to keep up 

the great work.

Consistently searching for accurate information about IT infrastructure, history and spent too much time filtering through vendors

To have one professional consultant whose goals align with the association - (3rd party view)

Attention to detail, professionalism and knowledge of parameter needs specific to condos/high rises

There were some members concerned about length of time in business and size of company

Dramatically improved network productivity and stability, thorough tracking of IT infrastructure and able to effectively plan for future.

I've been informed of an issue found by CTC and corrected before residents were impacted.  This is HUGE.

A hotchpotch of separate systems which were not integrated.

To integrate the various IT systems on the property and to be able to manage these systems more proactively.
